Ode to Monet
Monet's impressionist style of art and the beauty of his works made me travel to the gardens of Giverny in Normandy, France. The beautiful gardens where Monet created his most famous series „Nymphéas“ (Water Lilies) is still intact and inspired me to create this artwork. The focus lies in the centre of the painting, where the sky is reflected in the water of the pond.
