Doing the same things every day, meeting the same people, having the same conversations and consuming the same content cannot lead to new insights and ideas. We often go round in circles in search of a solution to a problem because we always take the same perspective. A short journey, new impressions, new surroundings and exploring new places are often a gamechanger. A clear head, distance from everyday life and the variety that each day on the road involves provide us with new perspectives on or after the trip, even though we have never directly dealt with the solution to the problem.
